Ok, I have to admit, I cheated a little with this recipe. I could have sworn I bought all of the ingredients, however, when I went to go make these for lunch, they were mysteriously missing. So I improvised with red cabbage instead of savoy and didn’t include some of the other veggies. Luckily I had all of the other ingredients, so the flavor was still there. The ginger and the soy sauce really added that extra kick of flavor to the egg roll. The crunchiness of the egg roll wrapper with the flavor burst from the filling makes for a delicious, yet simple, appetizer or snack.
